Q: How long does shipping take?

A: U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times TO the United States FROM our domestic warehouse: 5-10 Business days

Average transit times TO the United States FROM our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days

Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: We provide tracking for every order. Your tracking number will be provided via email with your order confirmation. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after the product is delivered to request a refund. We accept returns for defective items only with picture/video proof. We need the video within 10 days of the order marked delivered for you to qualify for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received a faulty product, please contact us with:

    - Your order number

    - A picture of the damaged product or video (whichever shows the product defect)

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if requested within 12 hours after placing the order. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and provide the order number, email or name used to place the order.

Q: I entered an incorrect address for shipping. How can I fix this?

A: If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@sticksntricks.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours. We can't provide a refund due to incorrect address. Please ensure your address is correct when you place your order.

Q: My item(s) arrived damaged.

A: Please contact us with the following:

- Your order number

- A picture or video of the damaged product

Once received, we'll send out another item free of charge or send a refund if desired.

Q: Do you offer discount codes?

 

 

A: We use discount codes to thank our customers for shopping with us! There are 2 different types of discount codes. One is applied instantly at check out and the other is typed in by the customer manually in the discount code box at check out. 

 

 

*Discount codes must be applied before check out. We can't add your discount code after check out is completed. It is your responsibility to check your order before placing to ensure you have applied your discount code! ALL OF OUR SPIN DISCOUNTS NEED TO BE MANUALLY ADDED. 

 

 

QIf you choose to purchase through an automatic payment system you have to enter the discount code before paying using that payment method. We are not in control of how that payment method manages their checkout process.  

 

 

How to apply a manual discount code on mobile phone:

2. Enter your contact information and shipping details

 

 

3. Click the "continue to shipping" button at the bottom of the page

 

 

4. Click the "continue to payment" button at the bottom of the page

 

 

3. Enter your discount code into the "discount code" box

 

 

4. Press the "apply" button to the right of the discount code box (this is essential to apply your discount to your order)

 

 

7. Enter your payment information and click "pay now" to submit your order
